Shipping & Returns

  • Flat rate $5 shipping to anywhere in the United States
  • Please allow 10-14 business days to process orders - this does not include shipping time
  • A tracking number will be provided for all packages being shipped. 
  • Please understand that shipping delays may occur after your order is sent out. This is out of the seller's control. If any problems occur, please contact USPS directly. 
  • Pick-up orders: you will receive an email when your item is ready to be picked up. Pick up can be made at any time from the deck box outside my door. Please only pick up the package with your name on it.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety concerns. All sales are final. Check out our FAQ linked below in Quick Links for more information. 

Care Instructions

  • DO NOT bend, drop, or throw earrings
  • DO NOT WET your polymer clay piece. Take off before bathing. 
  • AVOID CONTACT WITH perfumes, jewelry cleaners, deodorants, and any chemicals.
  • WHEN NOT IN USE, store your item in a box to avoid scratches.
  • TO CLEAN YOUR PIECE, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
